The Change Management Body Of Knowledge (CMBoK) + The Change Managers Handbook

THE EFFECTIVE CHANGE MANAGER - The Change Management Body Of Knowledge (CMBoK)

The Effective Change Manager

The Change Management Body of Knowledge was launched in October, 2013 with the formal title of The effective change manager / The Change Management Body of Knowledge.

In thirteen short chapters (see list later), it describes the core knowledge that every Change Manager needs to know. Produced as collaborative effort between APMG-International and the Change Management Institute (CMI), it is an invaluable source of information.

This CMBoK is a major resource for practitioners of Change Management and those who work alongside change managers, project/programme managers, communications professionals, learning and development experts, line managers, and executives.

THE EFFECTIVE CHANGE MANAGER'S HANDBOOK - Essential Guidance To The Change Management Body Of Knowledge.

Effective Change Manager's Handbook

"The Effective Change Manager's Handbook" is aligned to the CMBoK, chapter by chapter. It's also endorsed by the CMI and is the text book used in our Change Management courses

"The Effective Change Manager's Handbook" explains change management in an easy to understand manner, with plenty of case studies and practical tips.

It is an outstanding resource for change managers in all areas where change is either imminent. It is arguably the most definitive, practical and up-to-date book on change management theory and practice available.

Dan Skelsey, Lead Trainer of Project Laneways, is one of the four authors of the CMBoK, on behalf of the CMI. He is also one of the four editors of "The Effective Change Manager's Handbook."

"Thanks for unlocking the mysteries of PRINCE2 for us. The combination of your relaxed, expert training style, the useful real-world examples and the excellent resources made me confident about both the exam and about taking PRINCE2 back to my real world. I’ll definitely be recommending Project Laneways."

Tracey, July 2015

"....I really think Prince2 is going to make a huge difference to the way we manage projects.

That aside, you personally were fantastic. The course delivery could easily have been intense, dull and boring (I have been to enough seminars/training courses to know that). But you made it relevant, interesting and engaging. A testament to your skills as a trainer."

Publications Coordinator, April 2012

"Just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you for the PRINCE2 course. I really enjoyed it and can attribute much of that to your experience and delivery style. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who wants to train in the future."
