Designed to build upon knowledge gained in the Foundation course, this 1.5 day Practitioner course includes a 2½ hour multiple-choice exam. The exam is open book and comprises four questions based on a given scenario. There are 20 marks per question and candidates must score at least 50 per cent to pass.

- How to analyse and plan for learning during change
- The different types of project environment and what this means for the change manager.
- Different levels of adoption during change.
- Levers for sustaining change.
You'll receive:
- A pre-course study guide with practice questions
- Copies of all slides and notes. This includes material not found in the standard text book.
- More practice questions
- The APMG Practitioner exam
*Note: A pass at the Foundation level is a necessary prerequisite for this course.
