The three day AgilePM® Foundation course introduces and explains the philosophy and principles underlying the DSDM approach to Agile Project Management. It covers the Agile project methodology along with all you need to know around the set-up and management process, including planning and control.

The Agile Foundation course is run over three full days with the exam taking place in the afternoon of Day 3.

Course preparation and homework:

It is recommended that participants read Project Laneways' pre-reading material, (approximately 2-3 hours) including an overview of AgilePM® and sample Agile Foundation exam questions. This is emailed to participants when the booking is confirmed.

Once you've successfully passed your Foundation exam, you'll qualify to take your project management skills to the next level - the Practitioner level - one of the highest forms of project management certification training available.

If a combination of Agile PM® Foundation and Practitioner courses are booked at once, then the combined price is $3,150+GST per person.
